It has been a little while since my last entry. A lot has manifested for a lot of people I know.  I would like to thank those of you who submitted feedback via the Contact Page and Email on my services.  It has been my pleasure to assist so many people. 

This entry is dedicated to peace and clarity.  Most people ask for peace of mind and mental & emotional clarity.  Getting centered is the single most important key to doing so. 

Our lives are filled with appointments, meetings, long commutes, family obligations and community events.  We can get so caught up in the details of daily living that we forget to stop and look at the big picture.  This includes smelling the flowers. 

EASY EXERCISE:  In the middle of your work day, you can close your eyes.  Tune everything out.  Take 5 deep, long breaths so the in-breath expands your belly and the out-breath contracts it.  Take as  long as you need to get these much needed 5 full breaths!! Do not cheat yourself.  Only focus on your breathing.  After you're done, you may open your eyes and go happily about your business.

This can be done between phone calls, between appointments, during a bathroom break, while kids are napping, between loads of laundry - no matter what your occupation or what you do throughout the day, take time for yourself.

Peace and clarity - aaahh!  You will only achieve these moments of stillness by literally stopping your life.  This will help you achieve peace.  Once you repeatedly take these moments to yourself, the mind-clutter will begin to fall away.  When it does, you'll achieve clarity.  Effectively, you are obtaining clarity through peace. 

It sounds basic.  And it is.  But how often do you do it?  As Lightworkers, it can be easy to say, "I already know this."  But knowing it and still feeling overwhelmed means you're not practicing.  Practice what you preach.  Walk your talk.  Whip out your spiritual toolbelt and use your spiritual tools!
