Hello Lightworkers!

What an interesting start of summer it is turning out to be!!  There are many of you who are taking time out to heal.  There is no better time than now.  Mother Gaia is supportive of this effort going into the new year. 

April and May saw many Lightworkers going through difficult shifts.  I include myself in that bucket.  Once shifted, however, I felt soooo much better and confident in the choices I made.  It has been incredible to hear other Lightworkers going through the exact same thing energetically.  If you find yourself resonating with this information, you may be riding this wave of change, too.  If you are, be certain that everything changes from here forward; but if you resist, you will find Spirit looping you back to the same point or problem so you can shift out of that particular situation, paradigm or belief system.  Whatever has been a thorn in your side for a long time, will need to be yanked! 

March through the beginning of May saw many people making rash decisions, for good or ill.  This month, those decisions begin to take shape and solidify by the end of July. 

The above paragraph will not apply to you if you have yet to decide anything!!  :)

Energetically, it has been either really high or really low.  But I have noticed that for many Lightworkers, for the most part, we were on an even keel.  Those highs and lows were slight for us.  I can tell you that as a Lightworker, March and April were rough so, if I had difficulty shifting, I can safely say that those not aligned with Light or familiar with Lightwork, had more than twice the difficulty shifting.  Spirit is showing me that by September, things are formed and aligned so that all your new plans will bear fruit.  Again, this will not apply to you if you have yet to shift.  However, that stated, it feels as though Spirit has caused many to do so whether these folks were ready or not.  Spirit truly did not care.  Spirit moved you.

I am also seeing patterns in folks coming for readings in which they are no longer carrying the shackles of guilt upon them.  That's beautiful.  A lot of people are making big decisions and not looking backward.  There are no more regrets.  Removing a layer of ego such as guilt is a major step toward embodying more Light.  Keep working on that.

An Essence of Light

Hello, Beautiful Lightworkers!

Time for an update! Things have gone wonky with all the energies twirling around. Gratefully, going into May 2009, things begin to root and integrate. This has been occuring already since mid-April 2009. On a personal level, I can tell you that even for the strong, it has been tough to navigate these latest energies. I see a great deal of tumbling around.

May 2009 will begin significant growth at an exponential rate! As soon as you let go of what no longer belongs in your life, you will manifest what you have been waiting for all along! I am seeing that even if you are trying to manifest something specific and need to let that specific thing go, the releasing is being done so what you are manifesting and attracting toward you by Gaia is healed and aligned to YOU. Nice! So, be brave, (like I had to be!) and let go of the steering wheel. Let Spirit take over from here. Trust. Allow. Walk into the unknown with full faith that you are supported. (Heh, even I had to breathe deep for this one).

May 2009 until well into the summer (July/August) will be a time of new growth on a physical level.  I see new connections.  I see reconnections. I see new places being explored.  I see new adventures.  Many people are aligning with the Mad Scientist archetype and experimenting out of sheer curiosity.  It's lovely. I see a lot of Lightworkers taking the reins of their lives and making healthy and strong decisions. This recent energy was particularly nasty. The veils were taken down for everybody.

It feels as though many people are suddenly wide open emotionally also. This is wonderful news. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to truly open your hearts wide. Getting hurt sucks, let's face it. However, being "heart dead" is a silly way to live. To me, that's not living. Every one hurts every one else all the time. Sometimes it is malicious.  Other times it is accidental. The best we can do is admit our part in the fiasco, forgive ourselves, ask the other party for forgiveness, grow and move on. That is the absolute best we can do. Whether the other person forgives is entirely his/her deal. You cannot control that part so, do not bother to try. You are not accountable for that person's actions or non-actions. All you are accountable for is yourself. That is why I say to forgive yourself first because if you wait for someone else to forgive you, you will remain in the bowels of pain for a very, very long time unhealed with a dim inner Light. Why would you do that to yourself?

Fostering a relationship at all means you must foster a relationship to yourself. If you cannot be honest with yourself, who can you truly be honest with at all? If you cannot speak the truth to yourself, you will not be able to speak it at all. If you cannot be forgiving with yourself, how can you be forgiving at all? If you cannot heal yourself, you will not be able to heal others at all. The relationship you want with others is the very relationship you need to have with yourself to begin with. Otherwise, you will not be able to "relate" to anyone!

Be the best person you can possibly be by taking responsibility for your own part in this grand play of life. Pointing fingers and blaming other people is why things like the economy is so out of whack. Finger pointing got us all to this point right here - almost to an economic depression.  One by one, we all pointed fingers and one by one, we all fell down. Everyone is hurting. Why on earth would we do that to eachother? And the economy is only one sliver of the whole pie. Do your part. You will rise. Then the community will rise. Then the country. Then the planet. One by one, our consciousness will rise. Then the community's. Then the country's. Then the planet's. We are the dominoes, kids! Bone up. Release pride. Release ego. If you make a mistake, say so. If you hurt someone, say so.

May through the rest of this summer can be blissful. Roots will run deep. Foundations will be thick, wide and sturdy.  Many people will find this summer to be pivotal and achieve true happiness and independence from the inside out. It is my sincere hope that if you are reading thyou are one of them.

Lead by example and live a transparent life.

Remember that this is the last week for integrating the first quarter energies. These first 3 months (the first quarter of the year 2009) will set up some important blueprints for the 2012 mass energy shift. 

Spirit is showing me blue lights as pools of energy which are serving as pivot points and mile markers both in the Collective Consciousness and that of the individual.  The next 16-17 months are a flushing period combined with a building period in terms of energy. 

Light and Dark have separated.  You  have been integrating that energy and trying to balance that major shift since March 5, 2009 (3PM to be exact).  After that date, you entered an integration period.  Most will stop integration by April 10, 2009 but for those who had very little Light and are new to this type and level of enlightenment, Spirit gives me a date of May 2, 2009.  After this, we enter a building phase! (and it's about time!!)

A LOT  HAS FALLEN AWAY. There were a lot of people who experienced significant moves in terms of changing addresses or painful but inevitable breakups or conquered stunting habits. There were people who had previously been sort of stubborn and stuck who now have shifted in the opposite direction! Spirit had been knocking on their doors for quite some time. Whatever situation gave rise to these major life events set up a new blueprint for new realities to come.

After April/May 2009, we begin anew in the exact area of life from which we just shifted!!  That's super fast, I know.  Spirit says everyone who did shift, is ready to receive newer, higher vibrating, more positive and beneficial things! Everyone is reaping rewards, even if that simple reward = PEACE.  You'd be shocked at how much that means to the people who truly need it.

The building period will begin for most by April 23, 2009 and continue the next 16-17 months.  Take your time.  New and bountiful things are coming your way, Lightworkers!! 

Between March 3rd and March 5th is an energetic spin cycle.  This was discussed in the previous blog post.  Light is separating from Dark.  Things are tumbling about right now as far as energy goes.  When the cycle completes, realities will be topsy turvy.  The Light and Dark ones will have to reshuffle priorities.  And unfortunately, by April 2009, what little Light the Dark possesses will be removed and redistributed to the Lightbearers. 

March will not be a pretty month!  *Those new to Light will find it tough to navigate toward the end of the month when integration is in full effect.  Those already intuned and embracing Light will cruise through and find the integration period through to April quite easy.*

I received this message this morning that I feel the need to share with you. I received it from several of the Masters and Arch Angels when the Pleidians came through strongest (anything in parentheses was added by me to explain what they were talking about and mean to imply): 

"Your globe is awakening on many, many levels. Many are now, this moment, ascending to Light. Yesterday began the "spin cycle" you spoke of previously. Much is flushing away. Much is being discarded. Much is being held onto. Many are holding to Dark. Many Dark Ones, who possess small amounts of Light, will have Light taken away from them. By 3PM tomorrow (3/5), you will all be separated (Light aligning with Light and Dark aligning with Dark). By April 10, 2009, your realities will no longer resonate with each other (the Light and Dark will no longer find themselves able to pair up and share the same heartspace, mindspace, and yes, even physical space). Light will easily see the Dark and remove itself from the confines and parameters of Dark. Dark will resort to all it knows: chaos and mayhem, (creating) problems, (acting on) deceit, manipulation. Light will see it so clearly as it views itself away and apart from Darkness that Light will want to run and protect itself. Many (new) Light Ones will be coming into communities of Light with welcome arms. They will finally understand what it means to GLOW and feel at HOME with others of like minds, hearts, temperaments, constitutions, spirits and physical spaces."

As you can see, this is quite the ordeal if you are not prepared. If unprepared or living in the land of Dark, you will have terrible time adjusting to all this energy. Many things are shifting. A lot of changes and transformations are occurring. People are sort of fading away. Places you used to enjoy will suddenly no longer appeal to you. Things you once held dear: beliefs, emotions or even habits, will no longer hold sway over you or resonate with you as "true" or "genuine." These affect both Lightbearers and Darkbearers.  However, it will be the Lightbearers that carry the torch.  The Darkbearers will simply struggle and fight and yell and do the only thing they know how to do: cause strife and tension. They need to learn to vibrate higher to break the hold of negativity upon them. That is for them to achieve - not you, the Lightbearer. They have their own Karma and Dharma to reconcile. Spirit is telling me you cannot help them. Spirit will not allow you to help.  You have done all your spiritual work - you have changed and ascended. Now, allow them to do so. If they do not, let them be - this is all a choice. It is a choice to remain in the Dark as much as it is to ascend to Light.

Allowing someone to choose was extremely difficult for me. It hurt me to watch and allow. That stated, it hurt the other person even more to go through it all.  But dust settled and the other person won. The other person ascended to Light! 

By meddling into matters, you may be impeding the lessons of others. Please, do not do that. By being a Lightworker (Take it from me, a thick headed Leo who has to learn the hard way!) it does not mean you have license to go out avenging others and thereby saving lives! That is ego at its finest and brightest. You may do so if you wish but I do not recommend it - and that is exactly how Spirit operates.

This bit of intel was given to me the other day.  I hope it helps you during this first quarter of 2009.  The energies swirling around right now are thick and chaotic.  Last week, in my own life, I saw 3 examples of how people and their thoughts and emotions did a complete 180 degree turn-about!  It was almost surreal, but made me very proud.  There are a lot of people who are growing spiritually (we call it ascending to Light). They are unfortunately, leaving behind the things that no longer seem familiar to them.  It's like being married and suddenly "seeing the light" and realizing that deep down, there is nothing left between you - it is indeed 'over.'  That sort of higher conscious state of thinking, feeling and understanding is finally coming to the surface for many, many people right now.  If you fall into that category, do not be alarmed.  It is all part and parcel of your spiritual growth. 

The problem you may face is that certain thoughts, emotions and even people may come back kicking and screaming for your attention.  Sweep all that away from you!  You no longer resonate with it.  The Ascended Masters and Arch Angels explain it better below:

"This half of February is a heavy and dark month. It is all transitional from this point through March 3, 2009 in terms of energy shifts. Many things change for many people. After March 3rd, nothing is the same for anyone. In terms of energy and Light, now is when Source moves the pieces through March 3rd for those still on the fence. Light will be pushed to bind with Light. Dark will be pushed to bind with Dark.

There is a 2 day spin cycle from March 3, 2009 to March 5, 2009. After this, all matters are turned on the ear and by March 18, 2009, nothing is the same. Between March 5th and March 18 is an integration period.  You all will integrate - by force, if necessary. Not all will go quietly about their business in a new reality!

March is a serious month of new beginnings. A tremendous amount of construction has gone into allowing choice. Now, we choose for those who cannot. Cowards and thick heads will not do - there is no service (they mean service to humanity) in refusal (they mean in refusing to make choices) - they hog Light that could be better had by others.

Dark ones will need to truly work, and with great difficulty, to infiltrate the Lightbearer's realities. Dark ones will truly know what it is to be in the muck without shovels. They will need to dig with bare hands. That is the kind of oppressive energy they carry now and Light ones are suffering for it - no more - no deal! ....Light will no longer suffer the Dark!... Anyone who is not vibrating fast enough or high enough will be pushed into the Dark (by Source!). They will root so deep in the 3rd Dimension that they will almost dislike anything to do with Light (spirituality, positivity, love, truth & honesty, ... anything that brings joy and/or clarity to the heart and mind. They will be the people in your life who will be more negative, critical, almost joyless or if not joyless, they will employ the use of emotional blackmail or mental tricks and games.)."---End of session. 

When they provided that last line to me, I saw them laughing because the Dark ones will be in a terrible state of disbelief but it is because they kept making bad choices so, the Masters and Angels feel no pity or sorrow for them.

I hope this helps.  Anyone who is not ready for this, get ready for a harsh reality to unfold very quickly. By the end of Spring, nothing will be as you thought it would. For all those already ready, this is a true blessing for you! You have been waiting for the immovable to shift and Source is seeing to it that it occurs.

I wish to be very careful about marketing my name.  I promise I am just another person bumbling around this thing called Life like any one else.  The only difference between me and others is that I put Source or God or The All or I AM PRESENCE (whatever label = higher power to you on your spiritual journey) first and foremost in my life.  I make painful mistakes like anyone else.  But in the same instance, I make sure I do what I can to lessen the damage - not by compensation - by acknowledging and accepting responsibility for my part and ensuring I don't make that error again!! I am far from perfect but I strive toward that end every day. In marketing my name, I do not want folks to start following me as though I am the Dali Lama.  I am only a woman trying to understand her place in this big wide world. Do not follow me. First of all, I started this website out of my deep desire to serve others!  Let's get that straight right now.  I know I am taking a defensive standpoint because I have been where you are standing right now - searching for a teacher.  It took many, many years and failed teacher-student relationships to figure out that no one could teach me anything. I had to learn it all myself. And now you're asking, "so why this website?"  The answer is simple: to serve.  I choose to serve others. I choose to serve humanity. Some serve humanity by becoming doctors who heal others who cannot heal themselves, or becoming lawyers who fight for the rights of others who cannot do so themselves. Well, I choose to serve humanity by imparting spiritual information to those who cannot detect it themselves.  My motive is that simple.  I wish to serve.  Serving humanity, to me, does not make me all-important.  I'm too humble and genuine for that so, I chose not to put my name on the site and be known simply as "Essence of Light."  But to the dismay of some... 

So, my name is Addy.  Don't follow me.  Please do not put me on a pedestal. Do not think I am the be-all, end-all of any spiritual movement.  I am not.

Yes, as promised, I am having an online chat about the two messages on this blog dated December 17, 2008 and December 19, 2008.  These two blogs had messages from the Arch Angels and Ascended Masters.  The message had to do with the striking changes occuring during this first quarter of 2009! 

The online chat will give you insight as to how to deal with the challenges ahead.  Many of you might get thrown for a loop.  There is no playing around with this particular energy.
